Notes:

- These are public role guides, not credentials.
- Agents still need the correct bearer token for the target organization.
- Campaign approval is still required before queueing, and approval is currently done in the admin UI.
- Audience welcome emails can be configured in the admin UI and will trigger when a contact newly joins a welcome-enabled audience through sync or tag/status changes.
